When considering choosing the plan option versus up-front full tuition option, please note that there are some restrictions on access with the plan option. Individual Mentoring Session cannot proceed until the final installment received. Certification cannot be issued until final installment received. You can fast-track your certification if you move through the course faster than your planned installments, by emailing us for your final invoice statement. Missed payments will result in access to learning platform being paused without further notice, until account up to date. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure sufficient funds in their account for the installment deduction each month and to correct missed billing. The course content access is available for 24 months, although it usually takes most students only 6 months to finish. If your access expires, a renewal fee may apply should you wish to continue.

Assessments cannot be graded until the payment plan is completed (all installments paid). Therefore, students can't be certified or graduate until tuition is paid in full.

You can cancel your plan at any time.  Please be aware that you will not receive your certificate of completion / certification as a sleep consultant if you cancel your plan.

As per Australian Consumer Law, refunds on this product are not offered for change of mind or no longer having the use for it.
